We consult municipal authorities and companies seeking to raise capital and debt financing for assets, with a focus on “social” infrastructure. First, we identify the needs of the client and set the framework parameters for financing. After establishing the framework, we choose the financing model. If necessary, we coordinate any rating process. Then we handle the supervision with the rating agencies, starting with the first briefing, explaining the financing model, obtaining legal opinions and all leading up to the assignment of the rating by the agency. We do not, however, provide tax or legal advice.
