As needed, we set up a leasing company (special purpose vehicle – SPV. We ensure a smooth process, especially during the sensitive transition from the pre-financing to the operational phase. The financing will be collateralised, depending on our clients’ requirement and the underlying risk profile. Reliable knowledge of the market and expertise in production, licensing, certification and maintenance of assets are a decisive advantage in the sensitive transition from the manufacturing to the commissioning of the asset.
